Being stuck in your past pain, sitting with your frustration, and thinking about your future worry is how you lower your vibration. It’s letting your ego and your human lead, but it takes you out of the here and now. It’s time to release back to the ease and flow.
About Free Yourself from Past Pain, Frustration & Future Worry
I am wholly in my human right now, feeling my feelings, and being ruled by my ego. It’s not pretty, but it’s reality. Even lightworkers can get dragged down when life isn’t going the way you thought it would go.
Stepping back from that view, though, you can realise that you are in your ego and your human. It’s surreal witnessing your ego, but that realisation can help you process what’s going on and why you’re feeling and behaving like you are.
Once you’ve realised that you’re in your human, it’s easier to release yourself back into the flow. Your guides, Spirit, Source, God, the Universe – there is a plan for you, but no one said it would be easy and a straight line. Life will be messy, you will face challenges, but you will also come out the other side stronger than before.
One of the reasons why we get stuck in our human is that we’re focussing too much on past pain and future worry. This focus takes us out of the here and now and it disrupts our ability to embrace the journey.
Being here and present in the now is essential. It’s not always easy, but it’s the only time that matters; it’s the only time that you can make an impact on. The past no longer serves us, except for lessons, and the future is not our present worry.
Actually releasing your expectations of the future and what you believe your path is might be easier said than done. But acknowledging where you are and accepting that there are divine plans for your life does create more ease with it.
