Life can be a sensual experience if you let it. Experience magic, live in line with your senses, and enjoy your life. After a week in Madeira, I’m overflowing with love for this human experience.
About Allowing Life to Be a Sensual Experience
I’ve been spending more and more time in my mystical and spiritual pursuits, exploring the Universe and the stars, and feeling more disconnected from this human experience. Last week, I went to Madeira with some friends I met online and had what I can only describe as a magical experience.
Meeting kindred spirits and experiencing that soul growth and connection together is nothing short of magic. I felt my soul return home to my human body and it was needed. As amazing as it is to traverse the stars, we chose to have this human experience, so we should experience it.
It’s so easy to get stuck in this “do do do” mentality, where we’re running on programming and autopilot. What happens after a while of this, though? We get stuck in the same old dull routines where we’re not experiencing magic, breathtaking moments, and deep presence of self.
This go-go-go mentality is us stuck valuing our left brain. Bur accessing and nurturing our right brain is so important. Tapping into the creative process, the meditative states, and our senses is essential for our growth and our enjoyment of life.
When we have access to our senses, we’re more in tune with the flow of the universe, too. This means we can actually use our senses to help us navigate life and live in closer alignment to our soul’s path.
We need these reminders that we’re human. We need to spend time with other people. We need to go on holiday or spend time in nature or find some way to break out of the mundane routine of our daily life.
Can you commit to one day a week where you spend a day in nature? Let me know in the comments, lovely!
