Living in your truth is about following your joy, discovering your magic, and being in your unique and beautiful existence. Living your truth is healing, not just for you, but for others and the collective, which is why we’re all here in this human existence.
About Lessons from Glastonbury – Failure Cannot Exist in the Pursuit of Joy
When is the last time that you did something for yourself, purely because it brings you joy? It’s been a long time, for me. But this past week, I travelled to Glastonbury with some friends and truly filled my cup.
Following your joy and living with what lights your soul up is one way to live closer to your soul’s passion. When you trust the flow and magic of your life, even if it doesn’t make sense, you put a certain level of trust in the Universe. And you’re indicating with this trust that you’re open to the magic of whatever’s to come your way.
One of the most wonderful parts of living your joy is how different that will look from someone else’s. What a beautiful and unique world we live in where all of us have a different expression of what truth means to them? This was so apparent during my time in Glastonbury.
Because it doesn’t matter how you’re living your truth. We’re all in this earthly experience to live in the light and be the light. We’re healing others by healing ourselves, and we’re healing ourselves by living in our truth and standing in our joy.
When you follow your joy, lovely, magical, wonderful things open up. Healing happens. Collective healing and uplevelling. And I can’t wait for all of us to experience it.
What brings you joy? What sparks light within your soul? What makes you feel in complete flow? Are you allowing yourself to do enough of that in your life? Let me know in the comments, lovely!

“We get to have the balance of both. If we can master flowing where your heart and soul feel most alive, but also master having healthy boundaries and structure to support you in that, then you’re setting yourself up for the most incredible, blissful, soul-fulfilling and expanding life.” [11:49]
“Who are we all to judge how each one of us chooses to express what brings joy to our hearts? It’s this beautiful reminder of how different and unique we all get to be. Also, how gorgeous it is and how boring life would be if we weren’t so different and not all unique.” [23:47]
“It’s the simplicity of what brings joy to your soul. What makes you light up? What gives you that twinkle in your eye that makes you feel super connected and purposeful and joyful? That is it. Just do more of that. It doesn’t need to be any harder than that. You are fulfilling your highest diving purpose when you are courageously following your joy.” [25:19]
