Connecting with your nutrition is one of the most important things you can do when you’re trying to grow your spiritual development. I’m joined by holistic health and life coach, Heidi Hauer, to talk about how she holistically helps her clients build sustainable, long-term health and soul practices.

About Prioritising Holistic Health & Nutrition for Soul Purpose Success
Heidi Hauer joins me today to talk about the intersection of your physical health your spiritual health. She lets us know why it’s essential we have a strong understanding and balance with our nutritional health before we can commit to walking a spiritual path. Heidi even explains how a poor diet can even hold you back from fully connecting to your intuition.
It really is true what they say; a nutritionally sound body is the key to absolutely everything!
Heidi shares what brought her into nutritional health coaching. We’ve spoken about this before on the podcast, but being so much in our masculine energy and living that, ‘go go go’ life all the time is detrimental to all aspects of our health. You don’t need to go full speed ahead all the time, lovely. Slow down and enjoy this journey life is taking you on.
For Heidi, she learned to prioritise relaxation into her days. When she did this, coupled with a focus on healthy eating and proper nutrition, she felt more aligned and connected with her spiritual gifts.
Heidi shares some of her best and most practical steps for aligning with your body and reconnecting with your intuition. She recommends starting with your diet, especially figuring out what foods do and don’t agree with your body.
Are there any foods that don’t feel good to your body when you eat them? How lovely was this episode!? Let me know in the comments, lovely!

“As much as we define ourselves by our thoughts and our emotions, the one thing that makes us experience all of that and really be in this world, is our body.” [3:41]
“If you are very much in your mind and that’s somehow the problem, then you also need to get to where the problem is. If you want to move from your mind into your body, then you need to start in your mind. That is understanding, first, what the problem actually is and why eating healthy is actually a good thing.” [16:13]
“If it were all about the spiritual experience, then you wouldn’t have been carnated. You wouldn’t be here. Why would you choose to have a body in the first place? Because here, you can make things happen. Here you can change things. This is the material world where it’s a different game, somehow, than only to be in the spiritual realm.” [32:28]
